There are around 500 worldwide pellet producing companies.
Approximately 15 million tons of pellets are produced and
approximately half of that value is consumed in the European
market. In Europe in 2010 it is expected to consume 15 million
tons of pellets. Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium are
among the countries which import the pellets and Canada, Germany,
Finland, Austria are pellet exporter countries. Investment in
this field in China has accelerated. Prices of pellets in
importing countries with 220-300 €/ton range are higher, in
other countries it is 120-220 €/ton.

Small-Capacity (Pellets-Briquettes)
Production Mills
This product group is more suitable for companies those
want to use their production wastes by converting it to
fuel. This is an ideal solution for furniture industry,
farms and plantations owners. In general, these systems
are composed from a single machine (pelleting).
Depending on the type of raw materials and on demand
grinding machine, mixer and transport (transmission)
apparatus may be added to the system. |

Medium-Capacity (Pellets-Briquettes)
Production Mills
These systems are pellet-briquette production compact
systems with a capacity from 100 kg/h to 1.000 kg/h.
Generally comprised of mixing and pelleting-briquetting
cooling sections. System with a small footprint and low
power consumption.

Large-Capacity (Pellets-Briquettes) Production Mills
This product group is for the company officials those are in
search of new investment. Machinery and system setup are
changing depending on the type of the raw material and
production capacity.
Large capacity (1 ton / h - ...) system mainly consists of:
Classification-Segmentation, Dryer, Grinding (Hammer mill),
Pelleting or Briquetting, cooling, qualifier-separation (Screener),
Packaging and storage sections. According to the type of raw
material drying system may not be needed or grinding machine can
be added. Apart from these main groups, handling systems (conveyors,
elevators ...), storage tanks, auxiliary raw materials equipment
and electrical panel should be included in the system.
In addition to these systems new developed mobile pellet units
are also available. The advantage of these systems is to make a
production in the place of installation (forest, farm ...) |
